Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return using the return option available on our website.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of the Montréal Roses.
If your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping fees may apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care products (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids
- Gases
We also do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have.
Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
